Over 98% of domestic Standard shipping orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch, but kindly allow up to 10 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before contacting us. Please note that we are unable to bear responsibility for lost parcels, where an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided. Express (from £5.95 by Special Delivery) or Priority shipping (£9.95 by Special Delivery + priority handling) orders will be dispatched the next day, for orders received before 6.00 p.m. on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) and normally arrive the day after. If you require your parcel to be delivered securely, signed for or need it urgently, we suggest using the Express or Priority service.
Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available only for Priority shipping orders received by Thursday 6.00 p.m (excluding bank holidays). A signature will normally be required on receipt when using the Express or Priority service, we therefore recommend that a work address be specified if no one is available for collection at home during normal office hours.
We are pleased to offer cost-effective WORLDWIDE SHIPPING to most international destinations. The full list of countries is displayed in the country drop down on the address/checkout page. Applicable shipping charges (including packaging and insurance) are shown against 'Shipping Cost' on the checkout page, once the address and shipping method has been selected. A signature may be required on delivery, we therefore recommend that a work address be specified if no one is available for collection at home during normal office hours.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch (over 98% delivered within 5 working days) for your order to arrive by Standard shipping, and up to 5 working days depending on destination (1-2 days for major European cities) if Priority shipping has been selected. For international Standard shipping, once the parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service and follow the country's standard delivery procedures. Please note that we are unable to bear responsibility for lost parcels, where an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided. If you require your parcel to be delivered securely, signed for or need it urgently, we suggest using the Priority service.
Customs, Import and other Charges
For overseas deliveries (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), customs and/or import duties may be payable at the port of destination. These charges are unfortunately governed by local laws and must therefore be entirely paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you wish to confirm the exact nature of these charges, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
In the event that your order has not arrived within the stipulated time frames mentioned above, or to discuss any other problems with the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that timescales above are adhered to, we are unable to bear responsibility for any unforeseen postal delays resulting from strikes or other events beyond our immediate control.

In addition to your statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of dispatch (21 days for international customers), in unused condition with receipt. Please include the completed returns/exchange portion of your invoice with your package and affix the appropriate postage. We recommend you email us beforehand and use recorded post, as we are unable to bear responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
Returned items must be in UNUSED condition and in their individual packaging with ALL tags attached. Items with insufficient postage will be charged a fee of £2 to cover collection costs, in addition to any postage due. Any damaged/used items or items with tags removed or damaged cannot be accepted for refund/exchange. In the interest of hygiene, we are also unable to accept returns/exchanges on marked items such as earrings and pierced jewellery, unless the order has been acknowledged by us as faulty.
Once the package has been received and verified, your refund (excluding original/returns postage and customs charges where applicable) will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Normal card processing times apply.

Can't Find Your Size/Sold Out?
Just get in touch listing the product code, style and size you need, and we'll do our best to get it for you. Upon confirmation of availability, payment will be requested upfront to guarantee delivery. Unfortunately, we can only offer an exchange on specially ordered items, within the stipulated returns period and in accordance with our full returns policy.
Choosing a currency
All prices are displayed in GBP by default. You can change the default selection by choosing a different currency at the top of the page. Please note that non-GBP prices are indicative and may vary slightly due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Checkout and payment will be in GBP.
Pre-ordering an item?
Certain items that are due in store in a few weeks may be advertised on the website on a pre-order basis. Delivery timescales in such cases will normally be longer than usual and clearly indicated alongside the product.
We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays at all times but please allow some extra time for any supplier or customs hold-ups at our end.

Shopping & Technical Help
You can search for an item by keywords, product codes or trends, by using the simple search box at the top of your screen. Advanced Search is also available if you would like to narrow results by price range or sort by different criteria.
To purchase an item, navigate to the appropriate product page, select a color and/or size (if applicable) and click on the 'BAG IT' button. This will add the product to your shopping bag, and is instantly reflected in the mini-cart items total at the top of the page. Add as many products as you like in a similar manner, and when you're finished, just click on the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. This will take you to 'Your Shopping Bag' where you can view your selection, make any changes or proceed directly to the checkout pages.
If you have a special discount or offer code, you will also have the opportunity to enter this during the checkout process. All promotional discounts exclude shipping charges where applicable.
